An industry standard overrun or underrun of 10% of the ordered quantity shall constitute a complete delivery. If exact quantity is required, you must indicate this at time of order.

Net 30 days or credit card. A 1 1/2% per month finance charge will be applied to all unpaid balances over 30 days from date of shipment.

We ship worldwide.

All orders are shipped UPS ground unless specified, FOB TEK I.D.

Custom products are non-returnable. Prior authorization for return of stock products can be made within 30 days of shipment with a 20% restocking charge.

TEK I.D. warrants that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship and limits its obligation under this warranty to replacement of the product. Our products are sold with the understanding that the user is responsible for determining whether the product is acceptable for a specific application. We are not bound by any other warranty expressed or implied. Under no circumstances are we liable for any costs or damages of any kind resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
